Spring is always the hot season of recruiting and we are in the game too! During the past few weeks we have attended career fairs in Helsinki and Tampere getting an opportunity to talk with lots of avid uni students and programmers. Quite a few of our existing employees work part-time combining work with their studies, and find this arrangement to be flexible and well-suited for their lifestyle. We don’t hire students expecting them to know everything about everything; a motivated and curious attitude can take you a long way.
